At Memorygram, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
